Brisbane Convention Centre Hotel Development Ltd (BCCH) was established in 1995 to develop its principle property Rydges South Bank Brisbane, a pooled and strata – titled hotel property for which BCCH is the “Responsible Entity” and principle unit holder.

The Brisbane property features 304 rooms, Café Bar at street level, Seafood & Steak Restaurant and Bar, variable Banquet/Meeting room facilities which can cater for up to 400 cocktail style, Room Service, Spa- Sauna- Gymnasium, Boardroom and Level 12 function venue which provides a banqueting venue for up to 250 dinner style with panoramic views over Brisbane River to the city .

Capitalizing on the strong team developed at Brisbane the company has been seeking hospitality opportunities both domestically and in China, a market of significant size and potential growth. In partnership with Rydges Hotels Ltd the company is actively pursuing opportunities.
