Pang Lau
Mr Lau was appointed as Chairman of Directors in 2002. A graduate of King College with a Diploma of Business, Mr Lau has gained extensive knowledge in the field of business management and finance from his study, as well as from his experience with the company.

She Wun Ma
In addition to her directorship with Brisbane Convention Centre Hotel (Development) Limited, Ms Ma She Wun is also a director of a Hong Kong corporation which imports and exports petroleum products and chemicals in Asia.

Her substantial investments in Australia include property projects in Queensland such as a residential land sub-division at Bellbowrie.

Being a resident of Hong Kong, Ms Ma commutes regularly between Hong Kong and Australia to oversee her business investments.

Matthew Douglas Woods
Mr Woods is principal of Brisbane solicitors Woods Prince Lawyers, and a member of the Queensland Law Society.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1975. Mr Woods primarily practises in the areas of property law and litigation.

Since 1994 he has played a key role in advising the directors of the Brisbane Convention Centre Hotel Group, developers of the Hotel, on business related issues.
